Order
How can I place an order?
Select the items you're interested in from the shop and add them to your cart in the desired quantity using the "Add to cart" option. Once you've added the items to your cart, they'll be visible in the top right corner. By clicking the cart icon, you'll find a general order overview where you can view and adjust the quantity and selected products. Now you're ready to make your purchase!
Accept the "terms and conditions of sale" and continue by clicking the "proceed to checkout" button and carefully filling in the required information.
At this point, you'll receive an order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation. All you have to do is enjoy your products.
How do I find out about promotions and discount coupons?

How can I use a discount code?
If you have a valid discount code, to benefit from it, enter it in the "Discount Code" box during the order process and confirm by clicking "Apply." The discount code box will be available at checkout after you confirm the terms and conditions.
Payments
How can I pay for my order?
Credit card
You can pay conveniently with your Visa or MasterCard credit card, Amex, or via PayPal.
PayPal
PayPal is a particularly secure payment method for online purchases. If you already have a PayPal account, you can now conveniently and securely pay for your order. Otherwise, to use PayPal, you must create a personal account on the PayPal website. Details can be found on the provider's website www.paypal.it
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
For orders over €50, delivery to Italy is free, except for disadvantaged areas, which you can find in "Terms and Conditions." For orders under €50, shipping costs of €4.99 apply.
Do you ship to other countries?
Of course, we ship to other countries within the European Union. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order has been received by our systems, delivery takes 42-72 hours, except for remote locations or extraordinary events. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email.
Can I track my shipment?
Of course, as soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Return & Refund
Can I cancel my order?
If you placed an order by mistake, we can of course cancel it. Please note that order cancellation is possible as long as the goods have not yet left the warehouse.
Simply contact us at contact@wildfarmsuperfood. We'll process your request as quickly as possible.
Can I return my order?
If you decide to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of delivery, as better specified in the Terms & Conditions.
If you have received the wrong or damaged goods, please email us a photo of the product at contact@wildfarmsuperfood.com so we can review our internal processes accordingly.
Refund after replacement
As soon as we receive the completed return form and the returned goods arrive at our warehouse, we will refund you the amount (subject to a thorough inspection). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

How can I review a purchased product?
You can leave a review at any time. Click on the product you're interested in and go to the "reviews" section. We always strive to provide the best possible service. If you're not satisfied or have any suggestions, we'd love to hear them so we can further improve our processes. Thank you.
Evaluation Guidelines
We generally publish all reviews. However, we reserve the right not to publish reviews that violate our guidelines, our terms of use, and/or applicable laws or regulations, as well as reviews that are inappropriate for online reviews. Examples of cases where we may not publish your review include:
non-objective, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, misleading, racist, discriminatory, offensive or violent ratings; ratings that are not related to the topic, i.e. not connected to the actual product; third party experience; difficult to understand and inconsistent statements.
