Wellness Food srl, (also referred to hereinafter as WILDFARM SUPERFOOD or www.wildfarmsuperfood.com ) capital of 150,000.00 iv , Registered Office in Milan (MI) Foro Buonaparte 59, 20121.

 

Application of the general conditions of sale

Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these general conditions by the Customer.

Validity of offers

The items visible on the site are available while stocks last.
In the event of a charge or withdrawal relating to an unavailable item, WILDFARM SUPERFOOD undertakes to offer a purchase voucher or to reimburse the Customer within 15 days.
WILDFARM SUPERFOOD undertakes to inform the Customer by email who has ordered an unavailable item.

Product presentation

The products for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
However, in the event of errors or omissions in this presentation, WILDFARM SUPERFOOD declines any responsibility, for this reason and for the safety of consumers:

Customers purchasing food supplements are encouraged to verify that the information provided online fully matches the original label on the package before using or opening the package.

Please note that product images are purely indicative and illustrative. Packaging is often changed by the manufacturer without prior notice to WILDFARM SUPERFOOD.

Customers are also advised to carefully check the expiration date of the purchased product before opening the package and using it. If the product does not have a "usable" expiration date, they are advised to promptly notify customer service, who will arrange for its collection.

Product price

Prices are shown in euros, including taxes for Italy.
The VAT amount appears when the customer selects the product. Any changes to VAT rates may affect the final price of the items without the need for customer notification.
Wellness Food srl reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

Online deadlines

To ensure a safe service for its customers and an optimal shopping experience, Wellness Food srl indicates the batch number and expiration date for each product and flavor, which is located on the bottom of the jar.

No distinction is made between "best by" and peremptory deadlines, this to provide even greater assurance regarding the purchased product.

All batch scans will be reported in the tax documents to ensure full traceability of the products sold by Wellness Food srl

Wellness Food srl cannot guarantee that in some isolated cases, due to technical or logistical problems, the deadlines displayed online may differ by a few days from the products shipped, either in excess or in deficit.

Promotions against waste

The Company periodically runs promotions for older products, which therefore have short or short expiration dates, as part of campaigns and initiatives aimed at preventing waste. These promotions are encouraged by offering significant discounts on list prices. By purchasing products in the "anti-waste" or "40% off" selection, if available, consumers participate in the promotion, acknowledge having verified and accepted the relevant expiration dates, and acknowledge that they are short and limited due to the nature of the promotion to which they refer.

Non-EU countries

Prices for non-EU countries are shown inclusive of VAT.

Wellness Food srl is not required to verify customs duties, applicable taxes, or any required documentation.

We would like our customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries may be subject to customs clearance and inspection.

Order

The customer confirms the order as indicated below. Confirmation implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

The products sold on the website www.wildfarmsuperfood.com are not intended for resale or distribution, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to placing an order. If you are interested in purchasing for resale and/or distribution, please contact WILDFARM SUPERFOOD at their contact details and/or in the "Contact Us" section. We therefore reserve the right to cancel any orders and/or suspend accounts if we believe that the products have been ordered in violation of this provision.

Order Changes

Once the order is confirmed, it is immediately sent to the warehouse for picking.
We therefore ask you to check your order before confirming it, as once it has been submitted it will no longer be possible to change it.

Invoice Request (Italian Customers)

When completing the order on the checkout page, if the purchase is made by a professional/business, they can request an invoice by entering their billing information, including their tax code and/or VAT number, at checkout. In this case, the invoice will be sent via email to the address provided. The professional/business is responsible for entering their billing information correctly and is expressly informed that if they fail to request an invoice at the time of ordering, they will not be able to request one later.

The invoice can only be requested by the following individuals:

  • VAT holders
  • Entities assimilated to companies without VAT registration requirements but possessing a numeric tax code.

PAYMENTS

Payment by card

Choose Credit Card as your payment method and pay with any card bearing the Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX logo. WILDFARM SUPERFOOD also accepts prepaid credit cards and Maestro and Visa Electron debit cards.

If you pay by credit card, the transfer will be secure and simple. The amount will be blocked upon signing the contract and debited when the products are shipped. Credit card payments are handled by Shopify Payment.

Secure transactions : every purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use of the most advanced technological and encryption systems (SSL) directly on the bank's website via the CartaSi circuit.

Attention: to pay by credit card you must activate 3D Secure for your card

3D Secure is the name given to the system that protects your online purchases using "Verified by Visa" and "Mastercard® SecureCode™" developed by the international Visa and Mastercard circuits.

Activating the 3D Secure service gives you extra protection for your online purchases, preventing any illicit use of your card online.

Payment with PayPal

You can choose PayPal as your payment method in your cart. Clicking SUBMIT YOUR ORDER, after confirming your order details, will open the PayPal login page so you can access your account and complete the payment. If you don't yet have a PayPal account, you can create one from the PayPal login page before completing your order.

SHIPMENTS

Deliveries

Shipments generally occur within 48 business hours of order completion, for Italy. The indicated order processing time is not binding on WILDFARM SUPERFOOD but is purely indicative. In some cases, the indicated processing time may be postponed for technical/logistical reasons. Same-day shipping times (where applicable) may be subject to changes and delays for orders placed with credit card payment. Any such delay is due to checks carried out by credit institutions and credit card companies. In the event of a delay or non-delivery, please contact customer service by email at contact@wildfarmsuperfood.com .

The customer is required to check the status of the shipment using the methods/emails sent after the order is placed.

The costs and territories for which deliveries are planned are indicated below.

Costs

Shipping to ITALY : Shipping costs are €4.99 (including islands) for orders under €49.99. Shipping is free for orders over €50. Shipping costs for the Minor Islands, Livigno, Campione d'Italia, Venice Lagoon, and the areas and territories corresponding to the postal codes listed on this page will be €15 for orders up to €99. Shipping is free for orders over €99. Shipping costs for remote locations located in the territories corresponding to the postal codes listed on this page will be €6.99 for orders under €49.99.

Shipping INTERNATIONAL : Shipping costs are €15 for orders under €99 and are free for orders over €100 for the following destinations: Austria – Belgium – Germany – Luxembourg – Netherlands – Slovenia – France – Denmark – Spain – Hungary – Croatia – Czech Republic – Serbia. Shipping costs are €30 for orders under €149 and are free for orders over €150 for the following destinations: Estonia – Lithuania – Latvia – Ireland – Portugal – Poland – Bulgaria – Romania – Republic of Slovakia – Sweden – Finland – Greece – Turkey – Malta.

For non-EU locations listed on this page, an additional €36.20 will be charged as non-EU country management costs.

Handling of parcels not delivered by our courier

These are packages that were not delivered to the final recipient for the following reasons: unknown recipient, unclaimed, refused, damaged during transport, tampering, etc.

  • Reason for return of package: unknown recipient or address anomaly

These are packages returned to the sender by the courier for the following reason: The recipient does not live at the indicated address.

Once the package has been received and accepted by our services, WILDFARM SUPERFOOD will contact the customer to resend the order if the product is still available or proceed with a refund, based on the customer's choice.
WILDFARM SUPERFOOD reserves the right to refund rather than resend the order if multiple returned shipments are detected with an unknown recipient.

  • Reason for return of package: "ABSENT / NOTIFIED"

These are packages that have not been collected by the customer from the courier's office or at the delivery point within the expected timeframe.

Once the package has been received and accepted by our services, WILDFARM SUPERFOOD will contact the customer to resend the order if the product is still available or proceed with a refund of the order depending on the customer's choice.
WILDFARM SUPERFOOD reserves the right to refund the order rather than resend it if there are multiple unclaimed shipments.

  • Reason for return of package: "REFUSED"

These are packages for which the customer refuses to collect upon delivery.

Once your package has been received and accepted by our service, a voucher will be credited to your customer account within 72 hours of the package's return. You can request cancellation of the voucher and a refund by contacting our customer service team by email at contact@wildfarmsuperfood.com .

In the event of a return of a package due to the reasons "UNKNOWN RECIPIENT", "UNCLAIMED", or "REFUSED", WILDFARM SUPERFOOD does not guarantee the reservation of the items ordered and may be obliged to proceed with the refund of the order if the product or products are not available.

In the event of non-delivery of the order and return of the goods to our premises, the customer will be charged for the related transport costs incurred by WILDFARM SUPERFOOD. 
Therefore, any refund, in the event of advance payment, will include a reduction in the related shipping costs incurred. If you selected the "cash on delivery" option when placing your order, WILDFARM SUPERFOOD will issue a debit note for the shipping costs, which you must pay within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt.

Damaged package

Sign with reservations if the package is damaged. This is the only way to confirm the damage.

Responsibility

Throughout all stages of site access, browsing, completing forms, placing orders, delivering items, or any other service, WILDFARM SUPERFOOD assumes only an intermediary obligation. Therefore, WILDFARM SUPERFOOD declines all responsibility for any inconvenience or damage resulting from use of the Internet that is entirely outside the scope of the obligations and precautions adopted by WILDFARM SUPERFOOD. Specifically, any unforeseen events related to the provision of the service, external intrusions, or the presence of computer viruses will not be attributable to WILDFARM SUPERFOOD. Likewise, any event resulting from force majeure completely exonerates WILDFARM SUPERFOOD from any liability. Customers benefit from the guarantees provided by the brands listed on the site.

Warranty

All products sold on WILDFARM SUPERFOOD are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.

The consumer can assert his rights under the legal guarantee by contacting WILDFARM SUPERFOOD directly.

In the event of a lack of conformity, you must contact WILDFARM SUPERFOOD by sending us the following form , completed in its entirety, by email to contact@wildfarmsuperfood.com, indicating in the subject “Non-Conformity Request” and “Order No.” (insert the order no.).

Free products

Any freebies included in your order may vary depending on availability at the time of order fulfillment. Freebies are not exchangeable, not even for a different size.

WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal

  1. If you have purchased goods or services as a consumer (i.e. for private, non-commercial use), pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, you have the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with us, to be exercised within 14 days of receiving the goods ('Cooling-off Period' ). NB: Customers purchasing with a VAT number CANNOT exercise the right of withdrawal.

Deadline for withdrawal

The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the shipping company, takes or has taken possession of the products. In the case of a contract relating to multiple products ordered as part of a single order, but which are shipped separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the shipping company, takes or has taken possession of the last product.

Methods for withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can send us a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to WILDFARM SUPERFOOD, with registered office in Milan (MI) (postcode 20121) Foro Buonaparte, 59, or simply send us the following form , completed in its entirety, by email to contact@wildfarmsuperfood.com, indicating "Return Request Order No." in the subject line (insert your order number).

Your obligations in the event of withdrawal

The returned goods must be shipped by you to WILDFARM SUPERFOOD, located in Valfabbrica (PG) (postcode 06029) via Ivo Guglielmi snc, promptly and in any case within fourteen days from the date you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are responsible for any related costs.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from their handling. Therefore, the goods must be returned intact and in their original, sealed packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories). Shipping is your responsibility until we receive confirmation of receipt at our warehouse. Therefore, we recommend insured shipping, as you are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of returned goods.

Our obligations in the event of withdrawal

We will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the goods only, without delay and in any case within fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase or, if this is not possible (for example, cash on delivery payments), by bank transfer. You will be responsible for promptly providing us with your bank details (you can also indicate them on the withdrawal form referred to above).

Exclusion of right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized, the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons and were opened after delivery. Therefore, in the event that at the time of return it emerges:

  • opening the packages;
  • damage to the packages;
  • the lack of the original packaging and/or entire wrapping;
  • the presence of any other sign that may indicate risks of deterioration of the product;

We will deem you forfeit your right of withdrawal and will not refund the price paid, or, if already agreed, we will reverse it and charge you the full amount. We will promptly notify you of the findings, and you will have the right to request that the goods be returned to you, at your expense and without our assuming any liability or guarantee.
