Fresh Melon Porridge

Ingredients

For the basic compound

  • 250 ml of rice milk
  • 100 g of oat flakes
  • 30g Whey Protein Vanilla & Matcha
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

For the toppings

  • Blueberries to taste
  • Melon to taste

Procedure

  • Cook the milk and oat flakes in a saucepan for 3 minutes over medium heat and leave the mixture over low heat until it is thick and creamy enough.
  • With the heat off, add Wildfarm Superfood Vanilla Whey Protein and maple syrup.
  • Once cooled, garnish as desired or follow our photo!

Our team has chosen for you some fresh melon slices (if seasonal, otherwise you can also use a banana) and blueberries.

If you want an even sweeter taste, pour two tablespoons of Wildfarm Superfood Hazelnut & Acai Protein Cream over the mixture.
