Ingredients
For the basic compound
- 250 ml of rice milk
- 100 g of oat flakes
- 30g Whey Protein Vanilla & Matcha
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
For the toppings
- Blueberries to taste
- Melon to taste
Procedure
- Cook the milk and oat flakes in a saucepan for 3 minutes over medium heat and leave the mixture over low heat until it is thick and creamy enough.
- With the heat off, add Wildfarm Superfood Vanilla Whey Protein and maple syrup.
- Once cooled, garnish as desired or follow our photo!
Our team has chosen for you some fresh melon slices (if seasonal, otherwise you can also use a banana) and blueberries.
