Now all you have to do is garnish them however you like. We've come up with a winning combination: Hazelnut & Acai Protein Cream + dried fruit.
For the pancakes
- 120 g of pumpkin
- 50 g of type 0 flour
- 50 g of oat flakes
- 20 g of Vegan Protein Cocoa & Moringa
- 60 ml of vegetable milk
- 1 egg
- Lemon juice to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
For the toppings
- Almonds to taste
- Walnuts to taste
- Hazelnut & Acai Protein Cream
Procedure
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and voilà, the mixture is ready.
- Heat a pan (for pancakes or classic) and pour in the mixture obtained.
- Cook the pancakes for a few minutes, until golden brown on both sides.
