Wild Pancakes Pumpkin Edition
Ingredients

For the pancakes
  • 120 g of pumpkin
  • 50 g of type 0 flour
  • 50 g of oat flakes
  • 20 g of Vegan Protein Cocoa & Moringa
  • 60 ml of vegetable milk
  • 1 egg
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Cinnamon to taste

For the toppings
  • Almonds to taste
  • Walnuts to taste
  • Hazelnut & Acai Protein Cream

Procedure
  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and voilà, the mixture is ready.
  • Heat a pan (for pancakes or classic) and pour in the mixture obtained.
  • Cook the pancakes for a few minutes, until golden brown on both sides.

Now all you have to do is garnish them however you like. We've come up with a winning combination: Hazelnut & Acai Protein Cream + dried fruit.
